Kettlebell Workout : Video Demo
Here’s a great kettlebell workout. The fun part I like about kettlebells is combinations. This is a technically demanding workout, so experience and good form is a must. Although technique is important the weight in that’s on here is on the beginner side of things. When working with advanced moves with kettlebells it’s always a good idea to pick a weight lower than you would normally use.
If you like this workout, share it. This Kb workout also includes a warm up it builds up to a progression. As far as for rest periods, you want to rest well enough so you can stay focused, keeping good posture and technique. This workout is hard to do in under 30 minutes, 45 minutes is a better target.
I tried my best to make it printer friendly. The order is specific, so it’s best that you follow it.
