Kettlebell Workouts : Quick 30 minute workout of the day
All were done using a 20kg kettlebell
1.) Kettlebell 2-arm Swings – a 15-30 second break between sets
10 reps
20 reps
30 reps
2.) Kettlebell Renegade Rows (no push up)
10 reps per side
3.) Kettlebell Double Clean (from the ground)
10 reps
Repeat twice
Finished workout with 30 reps, Kettlebell 2-arm swings.
