30 Day Goals, Starting October 7th 2013
By November 6th 2013, bench press 265lbs for 8 reps, Squat 335lbs for 8 reps and Deadlift 365 for 8 reps.
I’m pretty confidant I’ll hit my bench goal. Squat goal is with in reach will push to do sets of 3-5 reps on monday and on november 4, really go for it.
Bench press I’m pretty confidant I can do now, just need another week for my elbows to get better.
Deadlift, I’ll try to do 425lbs for 8 reps end of next week.
