Lately I’ve been find excuses not to workout, but I talked myself into doing 30 minutes of something. So here is what I did.
My quick 30 minute heavy lifting workout done in a circuit style fashion.
Deadlift with hex bar
135lbs x 10 x 1
225lbs x 5 x 3
Total = 4 sets , 25 Reps
This is what a hex bar looks like
Pull Ups
with Body weight ~175lbs
5 Reps
6 Reps
7 Reps
6 Reps
5 Reps
Total = 5 sets , 29 Reps
Bench Press
135lbs x 15 x 1
185lbs x 8 x 1
205lbs x 5 x 1
225lbs x 5 x 2
Total = 5 sets , 29 Reps
