In today’s video, we will be going through a basic exercise to help remedy and fix our forward head posture.

Before anything else, the key to fixing forward head position is number one, make sure you retain and practice good posture.
An easy remedy for this is to pull your shoulders and elbows all the way back, keeping your whole arms relaxed and squeezing your upper back. Push them down into your back pocket at hard as you can.Finish off by relaxing.

We’ll first begin with a simple exercise using an elastic. Grab the ends of each band and bring both arms forward and in front of you. Once you achieved this position, pull each band in the opposite direction creating a T like position. Retain this position for a few seconds and slowly come back to the first position.
Note, in order to maximise the purpose of the exercise, make sure you don’t shrug your shoulders when you come back to normal position. Focus on making your shoulders strong and retain good posture.
